About T & R Meat Processing

If you have never been to T & R Meat Processing, you should stop in. We are a family and locally owned business located by the river in Clearwater, MN.

Formerly the Clearwater Locker, T & R (Tom Neumann and Randy Galles) was purchased in 2003 from the Waltzing family, who owned it for 26 years. In January 2018, Marianne and Randy Galles purchased the business from Tom and Judy.

Before that, it was a co-op meat locker plant for over 40 years. Back when there was no electricity out in the country, only in towns, people often rented meat lockers to use for storage and to keep their meat fresh.

Today, the exterior of the building remains much the same, keeping the historic look of the area while also keeping food frozen. We have made several updates to the interior.
